I have a 50/50 partner both have 125k cash but i have 2500 hours at 36 dollars an hour services rendered My partner refuses to acknowlege this capital contribution. in L.L.C. law it ststes either property cash or services rendered all carry the same weight . so in fact i? have much more equity into the company. he is forcing us to ell our commercial building. I suspect that when its sold It will be on a sliding scale wheras he will not get back his 125k and i will + my sweat equity. anyone??
